| This winery, which belongs to the Ripa family, is located right on the Way of St. James, near the shelter of Montejurra. This is where they produce wine exclusively from the grapes that come from the winery’s now 80 Ha. of organically cultivated vineyards, producing Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties of grapes. |

Tours of the Quaderna Vía Wineries
A "Organic Wine Interpretation Hall" is available, where an audiovisual presentation explains the process and peculiarities of this type of wine. Its hall, porticoed patio and picnic area with views of all the mountains of the Merindad all make a visit to this winery a very pleasant, satisfactory experience.
