“Navarran organic flavors” is a tourism brand name created by the Navarran Association of Organic Agriculture Businesses (AEN), in order to permit travelers to dedicate part of their free time to discovering the preparation of a wide variety of organic products in the production facilities themselves. |

The 2007 grape harvest, “on reserve”
 »The experts predict a smaller harvest than last year, due to both the harsh weather conditions experienced throughout the year and small quantity of grapes on each cluster. Given the vigor and good health of the leaves, a good ripening of the grapes is expected. The summer climate has lead to a slight delay in the grape harvest
Over the following weeks, the ripening control tests will be performed on the earliest varieties: Chardonnay and Merlot. The wineries will then finish up the cleaning tasks in preparation for receiving the next harvest. |
