| At this whole wheat organic bakery, organic bread, cookies and bakery products are produced in a way that is always respectful of the planet, people’s health and the palate. Art, quality and respect intermingle to create a unique, authentic product that is what it claims to be. Bread is made from lean or rye wheat flour, whole wheat or white, in the form of sliced bread, French loaves, round and flat loaves. The bakery specialties are divided into two product lines, with or without sugar, and may be purchased without egg, rich in fiber (from linseed), etc. |
