| Was created in 1990, but it was in 1998 when its owners Juan Ramón Ollo and Agurtzane Jiménez, under the advisement of the oenologist Patxi Moriones, began to create their first organic agriculture wines. Since then, they have worked to make their wines express the typical quality of the territory and the know-how that comes from a vine-growing family tradition. |

Tours of the Winery and Meal House
You can visit the organic agriculture vineyards and the family winery.
At the winery, you’ll find a "Meal House," where José Uranga and Asun Roldán make available to you a seasonal menu made from traditional organic products.
